Little Angels Preparatory School conducted a three-day Teachers’ Training Workshop with the objective of equipping teachers with modern pedagogical skills, effective classroom management strategies, and innovative teaching techniques. The training was facilitated by Madam Zain Ayesha Siddique Awan, Senior Educational Consultant and Trainer from the Beaconhouse School System, who shared her vast experience and insights into quality education and student engagement.
Teachers from both Tulsa Road and Bakar Colony branches actively participated in this professional development program. The sessions covered important areas including lesson planning, differentiated instruction, emotional intelligence, activity-based learning, and effective communication with students. Participants engaged in interactive discussions, group activities, and reflective exercises that enhanced their understanding of 21st-century teaching practices.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for teachers to exchange ideas and refine their classroom strategies. It also emphasized the importance of continuous learning, collaboration, and maintaining a positive school culture that fosters student growth.
The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where all teachers were recognized for their dedication and enthusiasm. The Principal appreciated the trainer and participants for their active involvement and highlighted that such initiatives strengthen the school’s commitment to excellence in education and the professional growth of its staff.
